Kingdom-Biz runs on two separate paths, not one ladder. The Membership Path (Levels 1–3) is about how much depth, training, and support you want. The Leadership Path (City Gate Leaders) is about whether you're called to lead a local chapter. They don't stack on top of each other, and joining one doesn't include the other — you could be on either path, both, or neither, depending on what you're actually called to right now.

This path exists alongside the Membership Path above, not above it — a City Gate leader still chooses their own Level 1, 2, or 3 separately, based on what depth of content they personally want.
